I just noticed the LiveUpdateLauncher.exe file in the Flatout install folder. I've tried runing it as admin with various compat settings but it doesn't seem to want to launch from the desktop so that could be what's stopping my Live Update within the game

I have always wondered. I think UC is a really nice change if u palyed (like me) FO2 for 5 years straight xD With 12 Drivers and I even think a little bit better AI it it a little more challenging than FO2 and thre graphics kick ass :P The Soundtrack However was better in FO2 and I will never discard the olde Flatouts^^ Just play all along eacht other.

If you love FlatOut 2, this game seems like it's a perfect remake. Same awesome cars and tracks, but updated into an HD beauty. An absolute gorgeous remake, to say the least. Where it fails is the bugs that come not only with loading into the game, but multiplayer, as well.
