The A350 in particular features the airline's latest business-class product, which we reviewed here and found much superior to the A380's. During the COVID-19 crisis, our team has temporarily ceased taking review trips. However, we have resumed the publication of new flight, hotel and lounge reviews, from trips taken before the lockdown.

While the traditional business class is offered amongst their original fleet, the “new” class can be found on the 777-300ER, A500 and new A380’s. Anyone who has experienced the latter may United Airlines 767-300 Business Class Review. This was a spur-of-the-moment “study trip” for me, something I got quite accustomed to doing during the pandemic. Even since my trip, however, flight prices have risen so much that I find it virtually impossible to justify these sorts of leisure trips any longer.

Charging CHF39 (about $42.50) for 120MB of wi-fi is wholly uncompetitive. The screen on the A330 is quite small, but SWISS offers a fairly easy-to-use interface and features a generous selection of movies, TV shows, games, and music. There is a fast-track for business class passengers which saves time, so I used that, lined up and met the U.S. Immigration agent who was very friendly.
